Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, modifying, developing software using agile methods.
• 5+ years using Appian low-code/no-code platforms.
• 5+ years applying low-code/no-code solutions for new apps or enhancing existing ones.
• Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
