Job summary

Horizon Industries is seeking a Senior Appian Associate for a remote full-time position supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This role requires US Citizenship and CompTIA Security+ certification by the start date.

You will lead Appian delivery within a cross-functional team and collaborate with senior leaders to design solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years leading Appian teams, strong database skills, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
• Experience in database and system integration.
• 4-6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Database knowledge: analyze tables/views; stored procedures, triggers, functions, explain plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum teams to deliver on-time solutions following an agile methodology and develop software solutions as part of a delivery team.
• Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge.
• Work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet client needs.
