Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Software Developer Senior (Appian Developer) to lead Appian-based solutions for the Army ASIC under the SETA program. The role delivers secure, scalable applications, guides junior developers, and ensures compliance with DoD requirements.

You will architect Appian workflows, participate in Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with government stakeholders to meet FASOR project needs while maintaining DoD security standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years in software design, development and maintenance for engineering applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development (process models, interfaces, records, integrations, deployment).
• Demonstrated DoD database and code security experience.
• Active or interim DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement Appian applications and integrations for FASOR.
• Lead code reviews and enforce secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Appian and Army systems.
• Mentor junior Appian developers.
• Support deployment and sustainment across Army environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Appian workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and IT workforce qualifications.
• Develop documentation for CDRL deliverables.
