Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Appian Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions supporting the Army FASOR project. You will provide technical leadership within the Digital Solutions Division, ensuring secure, scalable systems that meet readiness and cybersecurity objectives.

The role requires 3+ years Appian production experience, DoD security standard mastery, and active DoD SECRET clearance eligibility, with collaborative Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or 4 additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum five (5) years within the last eight (8) years of software design, development, and maintenance experience in engineering applications.
• Minimum three (3) years of hands-on Appian development experience in production.
• Demonstrated application of DoD database and code security requirements.
• Federal Investigative Standard: Tier 3.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active or interim DoD SECRET clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement advanced Appian applications, interfaces, and integrations.
• Lead code reviews and enforce Appian coding standards, DoD secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Appian and Army systems.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate Appian developers.
• Support integration, deployment, and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army enterprise and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated Appian workflows.
• Participate fully in Agile ceremonies, structure, and tooling IAW PWS paragraph 3.1.7.3.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applicable CDRL deliverables.
