Job summary

ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC seeks a Senior Appian Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian-based solutions for the Army FASOR project. You will provide technical leadership, ensure DoD security alignment, and drive secure, scalable applications across Army enterprise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related field, or 4 additional years of experience.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining software in engineering applications.
• 3+ years hands-on Appian development in production environments.
• Demonstrated DoD database and code security requirements.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement Appian applications and integrations for FASOR requirements.
• Lead code reviews and enforce secure coding practices and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Appian and Army systems.
• Mentor junior Appian developers and provide technical guidance.
• Support deployment and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army environments.
• Translate business requirements into automated Appian workflows.
