Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is seeking an Appian Developer for a full-time remote role. The candidate will work with Federal and Commercial clients to re-engineer processes, translate requirements to BPM code, and design complex Appian integrations.

Role requires 5+ years experience with Appian (minimum 3 years hands-on) and Senior Appian Developer certification, plus SAFe/Agile and AWS experience. Salary range $130,000-$150,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with five+ years in IT; at least 3 years Appian hands-on
Senior Appian Developer (L2) certification required
Combination of Appian Developer and Administrator experience preferred
Agile/SAFe and related certifications or equivalent experience
AWS experience requerida

Responsibilities

Re-engineer business processes with stakeholders and translate requirements to BPM code
Collaborate with Federal/Commercial stakeholders on functional and technical requirements
Participate in major design decisions and provide inputs
Design and develop Appian applications and provide customer demos
Create and optimize Appian business flows using Process Models, Rules, CDTs, and Web Service Integrations
Design complex enterprise integrations with standard technologies
Share BPM and Case Management best practices within Astor & Sanders
Support user testing and business transition activities
Adhere to Federal standards for Digital Services and US Web Design Standards
Complete additional duties as assigned
