Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking an Applications Programmer, Level III (Appian) to design, develop, implement, and maintain complex business process management applications on the Appian low-code platform, and to administer the program's Appian instance.

The role requires Appian platform administration experience, current certification, and 8+ years in application development including 5+ years in Appian. Remote US work option with federal security considerations.

Qualifications

US citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with 8+ years of app development.
5+ years hands-on Appian development with current certification.
Experience administering Appian Cloud environments and deployments.
Experience integrating Appian with external systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain Appian BPM applications.
Administer the program's Appian instance, including cloud deployment and config.
Deliver maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements to a portfolio of Appian workflows.
Configure workflows, forms, records, interfaces, and search functions.
Lead and mentor junior developers and review code for standards.
Integrate Appian with external systems and APIs; enable AI/LLM in workflows.
Support release planning, testing, and lifecycle processes.
