Job summary

Purple Hires Inc is seeking an Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy BPM solutions using Appian in a primarily onsite environment in McLean, VA. You will translate business requirements into process models, interfaces, and automations, build integrated Appian applications, and lead process improvement initiatives to cut costs.

You will mentor teammates and document architectures and designs to ensure delivery of high-quality BPO solutions.

Qualifications

• Serve as BPM expert for Appian setup, configuration, and design.
• Analyze requirements and translate into designs, processes, and workflows.
• Deliver BPM solutions that follow enterprise architecture and standards.
• Build enterprise integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Document designs, workflows, and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy BPM solutions using Appian.
• Build and optimize Appian apps including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Leads, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality BPO solutions.
• Integrate Appian with databases, APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Appian issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team.
• Document technical designs and solution architecture.
