Synergy is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to design and implement complex Appian BPM solutions, analyzing existing systems with tech debt and performance constraints. You will focus on advanced expression rules, interfaces, and data flow to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will mentor junior developers, perform peer reviews, and coordinate epic requirements with business analysts and QA. Travel of one week quarterly is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IS, or CS; ABET accredited preferred
• IASAE II/CASP+CE or CSSLP certification to be obtained within 6 months
• 3+ years Appian development experience; Senior Developer certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Design and implement Appian BPM solutions with focus on complex rules, variables, and interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers and perform peer reviews for performance and best practices.
• Coordinate epic requirements across 1–2 developers and engage with business analysts and QA.
