Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks an experienced Appian Architect to drive high- and low-level designs for Appian processes, interfaces, and business rules. You will oversee enterprise integrations with microservices and REST/SOAP APIs, while mentoring global engineering teams and advancing CI/CD practices.

Required are 8+ years in Appian BPM, deep BPM knowledge, and strong Java/J2EE skills. Onsite roles span Jersey City, Dallas, and Tampa, with a 6-month duration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Appian BPM experience.
• Strong knowledge of BPM fundamentals and architecture components.
• Hands-on Appian design/development including Tempo, Mobility, Reports, Deployment.
• Proficient in Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, XSLT.
• Experience leading teams and establishing enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs) for Appian models.
• Oversee integrations with microservices, databases, and APIs using secure AWS.
• Mentor global engineering teams, drive code quality and governance.
• Champion CI/CD deployment pipelines and standards.
• Develop process maps, configurations, and Appian server setup.
