Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian applications, including records, interfaces, process models, business rules, decisions, and integrations.
• Collaborate with architects to implement scalable, cloud-ready Appian solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
• Develop complex workflows supporting case management, intake, adjudication, payments, and enforcement processes.
• Configure dynamic workflows, business rules engines, and ADA-compliant user interfaces.
• Design and develop custom Appian plug-ins and extensions as needed.
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using Appian connectors, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Support data migration activities from legacy systems into Appian Data Fabric.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Appian pipelines, automated testing, and standard development tools.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and accessibility standards across all development activities.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transfer and training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Appian Certification (required).
• Strong experience in Appian application development and workflow automation.
