Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design and implement business processes on the Appian BPM platform. The role focuses on translating requirements into scalable solutions, building SAIL, rules, process models, CDT's, and integrating with external systems.

You will work with global teams, communicate across technical and non‑technical groups, and contribute as an independent contributor or team member. Salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design and development of applications using Appian BPM platform.
• Experience creating SAIL, Expression rules, Process models, CDT's, Sites and integrating Appian with external systems.
• Expertise in creating Appian Records, Reports, DB views and Stored Procedures.
• Good understanding of Appian groups, Process design, Security, Decision tables.
• Knowledge of Appian and database best practices.
• Ability to work with global teams and communicate with both technical and non‑technical groups.

Responsibilities

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Design and Development of applications using Appian BPM platform (Appian Level 1 / Level 2 Credential preferred)

• Understanding the requirements and converting them into business processes on Appian platform.
• Good hands‑on experience on creating SAIL, Expression rules, Process models, CDT's, Sites and Integrating Appian with external systems.
• Expertise in creating Appian Records, Reports, DB views and Stored Procedures.
• Good understanding of Appian groups, Process design, Security, Decision tables.
• Possesses good knowledge of Appian and Database best practices.
• Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements.
