Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

1. 15+ years of experience in Appian.
2. Hands-on experience in Appian application design for scalable solutions.
3. Hands-on experience in Appian deployment architecture to ensure availability and performance SLA.
4. Interact and communicate effectively with the client's technical SPOC.
5. Analyze and estimate efforts for change requests, if any.
6. Translate business requirements into system qualities and design strategies that enable qualities such as adaptability, scalability, availability, and reusability.
7. Define IT design methodology, development process methodology, and best practices.
8. Assist the client and HCL development team in resolving technical hurdles within scope.
9. Validate HCL's understanding of requirements through interactions with the client team.
10. Work on third-party integrations, Web API, and provide architectural guidelines on XML and REST protocols.
11. Prepare solution architecture and data modeling.
12. Provide best practices and design patterns for building business process solutions, leveraging RPA automation.
13. Conduct peer reviews, testing, and documentation of solutions.
14. Engage in technical discussions with the team to ensure timely delivery of applications.
15. Provide templates and checklists to support application architecture.
16. Take ownership of technical delivery and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
