Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Consultant to lead delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Principal consultants guide solution delivery, design, and integration of Appian into client architectures, while mentoring teams in best practices for advanced technical solutions.

The role requires 5+ years with Appian, strong communication, and experience with Agile methodologies. Preference for local to the DC Metro area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• Active Lead Certification.
• Expert experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.
• Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies.
• Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations.
• Support design, development, and testing across multiple client projects.
• Support large-scale implementation teams with multiple development pods.
• Advise on architecture design, platform scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and related initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance.
• Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement.
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
• Mentor, train, and enable resources.
