You will lead the development of tech packs, fit evaluations, and sample creation across multiple accounts, collaborating with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure brand standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in apparel-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical design within the apparel industry.
• Experience managing private label development across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design process from concept to final production with tech packs.
• Run fit sessions, evaluate samples, and implement fit corrections.
• Oversee sample development from concept to final product.
• Evaluate garment construction and suggest improvements for cost and functionality.
• Manage private label process per account with brand standards and timelines.
• Validate grade rules per account for sizing consistency.
• Liaise with vendors and factories for tech adjustments and timelines.
• Review and modify patterns to meet designs and specs.
• Collaborate across design, production, and merchandising teams.
• Own quality control throughout development and production.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
