Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Technical Designer to lead fit and construction from concept to production. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers 40 hours weekly for a 6-month term with a pay range of $50-56/hr.

You will collaborate with design, materials, and vendors to resolve construction challenges, create tech packs, and ensure sustainability and profitability across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical design experience across full development lifecycle from pattern making to production.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Optitex, Clo or Browzwear for 3D design and tech packs.
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or equivalent practical creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead garment fit and construction processes to ensure products meet performance, sustainability, and profitability standards.
• Create and revise comprehensive tech packs, specifications, and prototype documentation to streamline manufacturing.
• Partner with design, materials, and vendor teams to resolve construction challenges and improve product manufacturability.
• Monitor product testing and prototyping workflows to deliver proven, market-ready apparel on tight schedules.
