Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc. in Seattle is looking for a Program Manager, Brooks Academy, to lead onboarding, capability building, and immersive learning experiences across Footwear and Apparel.

You will align with Product Leadership and the Footwear Business Manager to connect people, spark ideas, and strengthen capability. This role serves as the day-to-day program lead, ensuring onboarding, capability building, and immersive experiences are aligned to the Academy strategy, consistently executed, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of related project and/or program management experience.
• Experience planning, leading, and delivering large-scale programs that bring people together and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage groups and create an inclusive environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across senior leadership and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experiences for Footwear and Apparel employees.
• Partner with HR to integrate onboarding into Product onboarding and continued learning.
• Design and deliver Brooks Academy programs on time and within budget.
• Develop e-learning content using LMS and 360Learning.
• Coordinate cross-functional learning with Product teams to connect insights and outcomes.
