URBN is hiring a Senior PD Coordinator to drive development and optimize processes across the product lifecycle. You will lead development calendars, manage supplier relations, and coordinate with design and category managers to meet seasonal timelines and cost targets.

The role emphasizes mentoring and training to elevate the team’s capabilities, while ensuring raw materials and trims align with the brand vision and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in apparel product development and/or production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adhere to development calendars and analyze results for opportunities.
• Manage supplier base from a brand perspective and track factory development charts and reporting.
• Collaborate on brand calendar, milestones, and line plans to meet seasonal deadlines.
• Oversee raw materials development including trims, fabrics, and pre-costing.
• Prepare for sketch reviews and coordinate cross-functional inputs to delivery within price targets.
• Mentor junior team members and share development best practices.
