Job summary

Mad Engine Global is seeking a Senior Production Manager in the U.S. Wholesale business to oversee the end-to-end production process for apparel products from concept to delivery.

You will partner with vendors and manufacturing partners on timelines, pricing and execution, manage production budgets, and collaborate with Design, Merchandising and Quality teams to ensure top-quality output on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of apparel or consumer product production management experience.
• Wholesale apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product development & production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and aggressive deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills.
• PLM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle from concept approval through final delivery.
• Partner with vendors & manufacturing partners on timelines, pricing & execution.
• Manage production budgets, costing & efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising & Quality teams.
• Identify production risks and proactively drive solutions.
