Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 7+ years in apparel product development.
• Experience with Boys/Men’s apparel and licensed programs.
• Proven knowledge of retail requirements and costing.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with major US retailers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for Boys/Men’s category from design handoff to production.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production.
• Manage development calendars and milestones for major retailers.
• Review fabrics, trims, lab dips, and pre-production samples for quality.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Production to hit target costing and on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and drive process improvements.
• Mentor Product Development Coordinators.
• Maintain BOMs, trackers, and PLM updates.
• Ensure compliance with retailer standards and calendar deadlines.
