Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking an Application Development Group Manager to lead the Portfolio Management Data & Reporting Technology team in Plano, TX. You will collaborate with users, technology leaders, and partners to translate priorities into engineering roadmaps and guide a team of up to 10 engineers.

You will drive secure, scalable architecture across PM data and client reporting platforms, set strategic direction for self-service solutions, and oversee delivery while reducing risk through

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Wealth Management technology teams.
• Stakeholder management across business and technology.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle from strategy to deployment.
• Azure-based data platforms and API design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and partners to shape engineering roadmaps.
• Manage team up to 10, including hiring and development.
• Ensure robust, scalable, secure architecture for PM data & client reporting.
• Set strategy to improve end-user experience via self-service and faster delivery.
• Lead governance and security controls with risk/legal/compliance teams.
