Job summary

ECCO Select is seeking an Application Development Manager to guide delivery of critical system changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions in a regulated environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure IT security and data privacy compliance.

Required are a strong background in .NET/C#, SQL Server, and Azure, with 5+ years in development and 4+ years in a supervisory role. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in an application development role with strong SDLC, testing, and version control.
• Minimum 4 years in a management or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of critical system changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
• Define project priorities and allocate resources for timely delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and business value.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data privacy, and SOX/audit requirements.
• Lead initiatives to improve system performance and operational excellence.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and prepare detailed specifications.
• Monitor applications for stability and high performance; support system health.
