Job summary

Estrada Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Application Architect / Lead Developer to provide technical architecture, solution design, and senior-level development for modernizing a complex state-government legacy application.

The role combines architecture with active coding, integration development, code reviews, and proof-of-concept work, focusing on a secure, scalable, cloud-based solution that meets security and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

12-15+ years of professional software development experience.
5-7+ years as technical lead, lead developer, solution architect, or application architect on enterprise projects.
Strong hands-on development with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET and modern web app architecture.

Responsibilities

Serve as hands-on technical architect and lead developer for a cloud-based enterprise application.
Design overall application, integration, security, data and deployment architecture.
Perform hands-on development using C#/.NET and related technologies.
Design cloud-native components and deployment patterns, preferably within AWS.
Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud solution with complex workflows and reporting.
Establish development standards, architectural patterns, and governance.
Architect secure APIs and integration to external/internal systems.
Design automated data ingestion, processing, and document-generation (XML/Word/PDF).
Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and high availability.
