Global Payments Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst – APIs to join our software engineering team and help shape global commerce through Launchpad, our merchant onboarding platform.

You will gather requirements, write actionable user stories for RESTful APIs, define integration points, document APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI, and collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver secure, scalable API solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis focused on UI requirements, API design/integration, and end-to-end system integration.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for API development.
• Define integration points and data flows between systems via APIs for seamless communication.
• Contribute to API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI and create supporting diagrams.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of API initiatives.
