Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, UI requirements, API design/integration, and end-to-end system integration.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate into clear user stories for development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Scrum.
• Define API integration points and data flows.
• Create use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Define test cases with QA using Postman/SoapUI.
