Global Payments is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – APIs to join its software engineering team in Denver. You will translate business needs into clear user stories for RESTful APIs within a Scrum environment, focusing on Launchpad merchant onboarding and seamless Worldpay integration.

You will analyze requirements, document data flows, collaborate with product and engineering, and help ensure reliable API delivery through testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, specializing in API design/integration and end-to-end system integration solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into clear user stories for RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and API testing tools like Postman/SoapUI.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for RESTful APIs.
• Define integration points and data flows between systems via APIs.
• Create API specifications and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
