Job summary

Worldpay in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – APIs to join our software engineering team and shape the future of global payments. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories for development within an Agile Scrum framework.

You’ll own API requirements analysis, data flows, documentation, and testing, collaborating with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure robust integrations for Launchpad and the Worldpay platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, UI requirements, API design/integration, and end-to-end system integration.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate API requirements into clear user stories.
Define integration points and data flows between systems using APIs.
Create use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
Partner with QA to define test cases and validate APIs with Postman or SoapUI.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and architects to ensure timely delivery.
