Job summary

U.S. Bank in Irving, TX is seeking a Technical Product Manager to align strategic vision with cross-functional teams and own the API product roadmap across secure, enterprise-scale platforms.

You will lead backlog, drive governance, and measure outcomes to accelerate delivery and improve customer and developer experiences. The role requires hands-on experience with API management, security standards, cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices, with a focus on scalable, reusable services

Qualifications

• Expertise in API management including REST APIs, API products, lifecycle and governance.
• Strong knowledge of API security frameworks (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OIDC) and authentication/authorization.
• Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, GraphQL.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure and AWS; hybrid cloud environments for enterprise-scale platforms.
• Understanding of API Gateways, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and platform standards.

Responsibilities

• Aligns strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based API roadmap and success measures.
• Drives product development with backlog ownership and faster speed to market.
• Manages engagement for assigned technical portfolio across SDLC for adoption and collaboration.
• Develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
