Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years in technical product management or engineering leadership; prior Java developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics such as cost, features, reliability.
• Define and govern REST and GraphQL schemas and policies.
• Define SLI/SLOs, error budgets, timeouts, retries, and observability.
• Prioritize by cost of delay, reliability risk, and TCO; document ADRs.
