Job summary

SentiLink seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve an API platform powering our products. You will work with product, engineering, and security teams to deploy scalable, secure features and systems that run reliably at scale.

This is a remote, US-based role. You should have 6+ years of software development experience, proficiency in Python or Golang, API-driven product design, and familiarity with AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Experience building API-based products using Python, Go, or similar technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with RDBMS and ability to write efficient queries; Docker and AWS technologies; fintech or financial services; scrum / agile environment
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own a large section of our codebase and drive technical direction
• Lead the technical direction and provide guidance to the team
• Design and build API-based decisioning products
• Code, test, debug, document, and maintain software
• Collaborate with product management for agile delivery of existing and new products
• Ensure software quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues as they arise
• Ensure platform meets SLA requirements; participate in on-call rotation
