Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to design, integrate, and implement platform solutions in a structured corporate environment. You will build web applications, APIs, and microservices while mentoring peers and driving best practices across teams.

Candidates should have extensive experience in Java, JavaScript, .NET, Spring Boot, and cloud/container technologies, with a strong emphasis on CI/CD, TDD, and agile workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field and four years of experience in relevant roles.
• 4 years mainstream development experience (Node/JavaScript, Java, .NET; Java preferred).
• 4 years of experience with Database Management Systems and OOAD.
• Experience designing microservices and API development in distributed systems.
• Hands-on with cloud native development, containers, CI/CD, and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platforms in a service provider context.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to solution direction.
• Lead project and task management with stakeholder communication.
• Develop and modify web applications and services with sound craftsmanship.
• Collaborate on architecture, testing, and deployment pipelines.
