Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Platform Engineering Senior Manager to cascade strategic plans for cloud and on-prem systems, leading cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms. The role emphasizes governance, vendor management, and enterprise SaaS oversight in a large-scale environment.

The position is located at the Cleveland Headquarters, non-hybrid/onsite, with a performance bonus program and a focus on security, reliability, and strategic execution across multiple product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 11+ years of IT experience.
• At least 8+ years in IT with 4+ years of direct reports management.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic plans and objectives with senior management.
• Direct multiple departments and functional areas.
• Lead enterprise SaaS platforms and vendor relationships.
• Ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency across platforms.
• Guide governance, operating models, and scaling across domains.
• Drive continuous improvement and talent development.
