Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in manufacturing/SCADA environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide requirements analysis, translating into software specifications.
• Lead development, integration, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Create detailed, user-friendly installation and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with users, developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote adoption of emerging technologies aligned with the technology roadmap.
