Job summary
Huntington National Bank is seeking a technology leader to oversee the API Gateway and Developer Portal teams and shape AI Gateway capabilities. You will own Apigee-based platforms, ensure security, reliability, and scalability across enterprise services.
Lead engineering, partner with Product, Architecture, and Security, and drive platform adoption while delivering end-to-end API governance, onboarding, and developer experience. Remote/work arrangements may apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of technology experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading software/platform engineering teams and delivering enterprise platforms.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Apigee X, policy development, traffic management, security, observability, analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team for Apigee-based API Gateway and Developer Portal 24x7x365.
- Own end-to-end technology delivery including staffing, planning, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute long-term strategy for API Gateway and Developer Portal with Product/Architecture/Security.
