Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager for the API Platform, Developer Portal and AI Gateway. You will lead Apigee-based API Gateway and Developer Portal teams, driving availability, governance, and developer enablement at scale.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and AI teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and observable platform, while coaching engineers and improving operational excellence across enterprise services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of technology experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading software or platform engineering teams.
Demonstrated experience delivering highly available enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the API Gateway (Apigee) and Developer Portal teams delivering 24x7 services.
Own end-to-end delivery including staffing, planning, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute the long-term roadmap for API Gateway and related platforms.
Ensure availability, reliability, and security of API ecosystems, governance, and analytics.
Champion developer experience and platform adoption across Huntington.
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Product, and AI teams to evolve AI Gateway capabilities.
