You will enhance API references, create comprehensive technical docs, and develop visual artifacts that simplify complex, multi‑system solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical writing experience in software/API environments, hands-on Swagger/OpenAPI experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in software/API environments.
• Hands-on experience creating, editing, and maintaining Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation for varied audiences.
• Experience developing sequence diagrams, high-level designs, or system flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and refine Swagger documentation for the API catalog.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for new services, including API references and design guidance.
• Develop sequence diagrams and high-level designs to explain complex interactions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to gather information.
• Support partner onboarding and technical inquiries to enable smooth adoption.
