Acuren is recruiting for an API 510/570/653 Visual Inspector III to support our Billings, Montana operation. The role provides advanced technical oversight, reviews inspection procedures, interprets specifications, and makes accept/reject decisions on critical components.

Local candidates in Billings or willing to relocate are preferred; on-site, regular full-time. Requires extensive certification mastery and strong knowledge of API/ASME standards, with potential project lead responsibilities.

Qualifications

• API 510/570 certification is required
• API 653 or CWI is a plus
• Strong knowledge of API/ASME standards

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and non-destructive examination per API/ASME standards
• Submit technically accurate inspection reports
• Provide technical input on welding and metallurgical issues
• Lead and guide junior inspectors when needed
• Travel willingness as required
