Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Legal, APAC to serve as the primary legal partner to APAC sales teams. You will own Terms of Service negotiations, contract redlining, and reviews, while supporting other regions as bandwidth allows.

This is an individual contributor role within the Commercial Legal sub-team. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, crafting practical, value-driven agreements, advising on risk, and helping improve automated triage and self-service

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting enterprise SaaS agreements and terms of service negotiations.
• Proven ability to review, redline, and finalize commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills for cross-border deals.
• Experience supporting APAC sales teams is highly valued.
• Qualified to practise in an APAC jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead live negotiations with customers and their counsel on strategic enterprise deals.
• Serve as the APAC legal partner for commercial transactions and contract reviews.
• Provide scalable guidance with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and improve templates and playbooks for commercial deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Data Protection teams on terms and risk mitigation.
