Job summary

MatchPointe Group is seeking a Senior AP Transformation Analyst to support a global AP transformation program. This role involves working with AP teams, project leads, and technology groups from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

The candidate should have extensive experience in AP processes, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and capabilities in automation and RPA to drive process improvements across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay or AP transformation.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, approvals, exceptions, controls.
• Hands-on UAT, deployment, go-live, or hypercare experience.
• Experience working with global or multi-country teams.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, and AI-enabled finance tools.

We are seeking a Senior AP Transformation Analyst to support a global Accounts Payable and invoice processing transformation program. This role will work with AP teams, project leads, change management, and technology teams from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in AP process discovery workshops and document current-state processes, controls, exceptions, and local requirements.
• Review process documentation, workflows, controls, and procedures and identify operational gaps or adoption risks.
• Develop and execute end-to-end UAT scenarios, support defect resolution, and drive business sign-off.
• Support deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, exception handling, controls, and payment readiness.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, deployment, go-live, or hypercare.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with global or multi-country teams.
• SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA experience.
• Shared Services / GBS experience.
• Experience with workflow automation, RPA, intelligent document processing, or AI-enabled finance tools.
