DeWinter Group is seeking an AP Specialist to support a growing accounts payable function during a 6+ month interim period. You will manage day-to-day full-cycle AP activities and collaborate with vendors, buyers, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years' full-cycle AP experience, SAP S/4HANA proficiency, and a track record of handling high-volume invoices in a manufacturing setting. Remote-start with potential onsite in Hayward.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in an accounts payable function.
• Proven ability to process approximately 100–125 invoices per week.
• Experience with purchase order invoices and three-way matching.
• Ability to calculate and resolve purchase price variances.
• Experience handling write-offs and GR/IR discrepancies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve invoice issues.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.

AP Specialist

Overview

Support a growing accounts payable function during a period of increased business activity. This interim AP Specialist will manage day-to-day full-cycle accounts payable activities while helping resolve purchase price variances, write-offs, and GR/IR discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing a high volume of invoices, and able to work independently while communicating effectively with vendors, buyers, and internal stakeholders.

This assignment is expected to last 6+ months, with potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Prior experience using SAP S/4HANA in an accounts payable function

Other Requirements

• Work arrangement: Remote at the start of the assignment, with the possibility of transitioning to an onsite schedule
• Candidates must be prepared to work onsite in Hayward if business needs require
