Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, verify and process vendor invoices in ERP.
• Provide GL coding and route payments for approval.
• Prepare check and ACH payment batches.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist month-end close and AP balance analysis.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Create AP process documentation.
• Provide excellent client support.
