Job summary

HARCROS CHEMICALS in Kansas City, KS seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee the full-cycle AP process and support Senior Accounting Administrators. You will manage high volumes of vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with company policies.

You will code invoices in Sage X3, verify three-way matches, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end and audits. A related degree and strong Excel skills are preferred; ERP experience is valued.

Safety, sustainability, and exceptional service are at the core of everything we do.Position Summary:The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounts payable process and supporting Senior Accounting Administrators by ensuring daily accounting activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume invoice processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
