Job summary

Harcros is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee the full-cycle AP process in our Kansas City area office. You will review, code, and process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper cost allocations and three-way match prior to approvals.

You will process invoices using Sage X3, collaborate with locations and the AP team to resolve discrepancies, and mentor teammates on AP systems and workflows.
