Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review/Approve vendor invoices and Purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
• Process vendor payments timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with terms.
• Manage vendor bank account information and secure handling of banking data.
• Conduct vendor bank information audits to detect fraud and data discrepancies.
• Communicate with business units and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
• Support month end closing with other SEA departments and subsidiaries.
• Project management to meet time-sensitive deadlines and coordinate with departments.
