Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead and optimize our shared services AP processes. You will design, document and improve procedures, ensuring accurate disbursements according to policy.

In this role, you will oversee ERP-driven AP workflows, review invoices for policy compliance, and mentor a team in a fast-paced health system environment. A bachelor’s degree and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable supervisory function, with 2+ years in integrated enterprise shared service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field strongly desired.
• Experience with large ERP system required.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procure to pay and accounts payable functions and protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill who can work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75358.40 to $99590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
