As an Accountant III, you will own supplier-to-payment accounting across multiple entities in Workday, applying sound judgment to exceptions and using data to catch issues before they reach the ledger.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts payable experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment: identify causes and know when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoice and payment accounting in Workday; review invoices, apply PO/contract data, resolve errors, and approve payments.
• Post journal entries, record accruals, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations for AP and related accounts.
• Build Workday reports/dashboards to monitor aging, duplicates, and spend trends; support internal/external audits.
