Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks a qualified AOC Weapon System Manager to support the USAF at Langley AFB (Ryan Center) in Hampton, VA. The role focuses on configuring, validating, and sustaining the AOC Weapon System across multiple enclaves to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities include SME guidance, health reporting to the unit commander, enterprise planning participation, and coordination with customers to maximize system availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years’ related experience or equivalent in ops, intel, or cyber operations.
• Strong communications and planning skills are required.
• Experience with current telecommunications technologies and IT tools (Teams/SharePoint).
• US citizenship and current Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME for AOC Weapon System configuration and management across enclaves.
• Report health and performance of multiple WS enclaves to unit commander.
• Ensure WS systems meet operational needs and are properly configured.
• Validate WS prior to contingencies and after significant configuration changes.
• Translate enterprise requirements into operational capabilities with key personnel.
• Manage user permissions and floor planning for AOC user roles.
• Participate in enterprise planning to align with division/theater needs.
• Join groups and conferences to provide AOC and unit expertise.
• Stay current on WS capabilities by interfacing with SPO and other agencies.
• Coordinate with customers to maximize WS enclave availability during ASIs.
• Support special projects, researching solutions and briefing stakeholders.
