Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in an Operations Center or C2 environment.
• 7+ years in DoW weapons system engineering, sustainment, or integration (preferred).
• 8+ years in military or civilian environment program management or similar.
• 5+ years in DoW systems integration, infrastructure sustainment, security engineering in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical actions within the AOC WS engineering and integration teams.
• Interface with stakeholders to optimize products and achieve operational readiness.
• Communicate with Government leads and respond to government needs promptly.
• Deploy and administer hardware/software across on-premise AOC WS baseline in CONUS/OCONUS.
• Provide engineering analysis of interoperability and test candidate changes against implementations.
• Perform sustaining engineering and RCA; manage problem reports through resolution.
• Support ECR/CM processes and change boards; track configuration management.
