TikTok is seeking a senior antitrust/competition lawyer to join our global Legal team in the United States. You will provide strategic legal guidance on complex competition matters, interact with U.S.

antitrust regulators, and coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams on investigations, reviews, and potential transactions. The role requires JD from a US accredited law school, bar admission, and demonstrated experience handling high-stakes antitrust issues in digital platforms.

Qualifications

• In-depth competition/antitrust experience in private practice or corporate setting.
• J.D. with bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, and able to exercise sound judgment.
• Strong written and spoken communication of complex legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Understand antitrust/competition law and analyze related information.
• Track and synthesize antitrust developments in US and globally.
• Manage inquiries with antitrust authorities and oversee outside counsel.
• Advise business and legal teams on investments, product guidance, and compliance.
• Lead responses to antitrust subpoenas and CIDs and support litigation team.
• Support global antitrust colleagues on Europe and other regions.
• Help design and implement competition compliance programs and trainings.
