Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior antitrust attorney to support our competition initiatives and provide integrated legal guidance. You will report into TikTok's Global Head of Antitrust and help manage inquiries with US regulators while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of antitrust issues in digital platforms, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to guide business decisions and compliance programs across markets.

Qualifications

• In-depth competition law experience in private practice or corporate law.
• Admitted to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Collaborative approach and sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and oral communication to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of antitrust law and analyze legal information.
• Track and synthesize antitrust developments in the US and worldwide.
• Manage inquiries with antitrust authorities (DOJ, FTC, state AGs) and supervise outside counsel.
• Advise on investments/acquisitions and product guidance with compliance in mind.
• Lead responses to antitrust subpoenas and CIDs; support litigation team.
• Support international antitrust colleagues on matters in Europe and elsewhere.
• Assist in designing company-wide competition compliance programs and trainings.
